I was able access demographic information from Corner House Caravan and Camp Site records as they have been open since Spring 2013. This allowed me to see the demographic of actual visitors who have stayed. This information showed visitors have mainly been families with younger children and older couples or combinations or groups of both. In addition to this although in lower numbers were younger couples with higher disposable incomes who were passionate about this type of holiday.
Further demographic research from the Caravan Club suggested that their members are a prosperous and active group with higher than average disposable incomes. Their club magazine is personally addressed and mailed to over 376,000 homes every month.
