USPs – Unique Selling Points
Through researching local competitors I have been able to identify Corner House Caravan and Camp Site’s unique selling points in comparison to these other businesses.
I believe these to be:
- A website as a way to connect with potential customers – the majority of the above caravan sites do not have their own website.
- Close to local public house serving food and drink with small convenience store (approximatelly 50 metres)
- Large pitches
- Small site
- Close to Trans Pennine Trail
